From Tam Tam's innovation - extreme school and FeelingFood Milano, "Tam Tam: Cibo Vestitivo" is born, the project, created by designer Alessandro Guerriero, the Compasso d'Oro award, 1982, whose aim is to stimulate the viewers' thoughts and provoke them on the relationship who have with food, modern obsession, always present and always controversial. The exhibition is part of "999 questions on contemporary living" the initiative under way at the Milan Triennale. Four meetings, four dresses and four projects, entirely made of food, by Carolina Bissaro, Giulia Zorzella, Elena Beccaro and Enrico Micheletto with the help of students belonging to the fashion design and set design courses of NABA Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti. Four different ways of understanding food and its place in modern society. Each suit has as its ambassador a Top Chef of the national and international gastronomic panorama: Chef Elio Sironi | Ceresio 7 Pools & Restaurant Chef Fabrizio Cadei | Hotel Principe di Savoia Chef Pietro Leemann | Joia Restaurant Chef Roberto Conti | Trussardi alla Scala Restaurant - Café - Lounge It elaborates a "take away" recipe inspired by the concept of the dress, making a contribution to everyone's reach: «Quality food where, when and with whomever you want».
"Tasting Memories" is a food dress that is intrinsically linked to the life of the wearer; It consists of vacuum packed food. Like the "Madeleines of Marcel Proust", every food contained in its vacuum is there because it is associated with a specific moment in the wearer's life, a direct memory that is conveyed through flavors, smells and textures.
Each of us is nothing more than the set of our own memories, which formed it in the course of our life and which made it the person who is.
It often happens that you want to go back to a given memory and sometimes you just come back and stop, it's our unconscious that, by creating autonomous connections, makes us travel through time.
This is "gustative memories", a collection of memories that can be tasted in order to make the past become a new present.
